We have an exciting opportunity for a Consulting Temporary Recruiter on a 6-month contract basis. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending top-notch candidates for various consulting roles within our organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and is eager to make a significant impact on our team. Responsibilities As a Consulting Temporary Recruiter, your primary responsibilities will be: Designing and implementing overall recruiting strategies to meet the organization's needs. Sourcing and attracting candidates using databases, social media, networking events, job fairs, etc. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions. Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes. Providing a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers. Promoting the company’s reputation as a great place to work. Coordinating with department managers to forecast future hiring needs. Staying up-to-date on labor legislation and informing recruiters and managers about changes in regulations. Participating in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events. Collaborating with the hiring team on improving our company’s recruitment process. Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications: Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter), with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.) Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.) Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong decision-making skills. A degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS, payroll, and similar employee management software. Familiarity with social media, CV databases, and professional networks. Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Knowledge of labor legislation and hands-on experience with various selection processes like competency-based interviews.
