Location:Brooklyn, NY (Dumbo)Start Date:ASAPFull-time hours:8 hours/day (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) About Us We're a Brooklyn-based product design company creating premium sensory products that people genuinely love.As our wholesale business continues to grow rapidly, we're looking for someone to join our team and help keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes.This is more than a data entry role--it's an opportunity to get hands-on experience in operations, work closely with customers, and grow into a larger role over time.The Role We're looking for a detail-oriented, reliable team member to support our wholesale order processing and customer communications.You'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive accurate, timely orders while gaining exposure to operations and account management.This is a full-time temporary role (8 hours per day, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance and business needs.If you're someone who enjoys organizing information, solving problems quickly, and communicating with customers--this role is for you.What You'll Do Accurately process and enter wholesale purchase orders Manage order flow within our ERP system (Cin7 experience is a plus) Communicate with customers to collect payment details and confirm order information Respond to customer inquiries related to order status, shipments, and basic issue resolution Coordinate internally to resolve order discrepancies or delays Support day-to-day operational tasks to keep orders moving efficiently Help identify and flag issues to improve processes over time What We're Looking For 2years of experience in data entry, order processing, or customer support Strong attention to detail and organization Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (required) Comfortable working with systems and large datasets Strong written communication skills and customer-friendly tone Able to manage high order volume with accuracy and urgency Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn Bonus:interest in growing into operations, planning, or account management Why This Role Exposure to end-to-end operations and wholesale accounts Opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance Build experience in both operations and customer-facing work Be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team in a growth phase Compensation Hourly rate based on experience We're looking to hire quickly, so preference will be given to candidates who are available to start ASAP.This role is in-person or hybrid at our Dumbo, Brooklyn office.Pay:$24.69 - $30.00 per hour Location:Brooklyn, NY 11201 (Required) Work Location:Hybrid remote in Brooklyn, NY 11201.
