We are seeking a dedicated Ship & Barge Terminal Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Corpus Christi, Texas location. In this role, you will coordinate vessel and barge arrivals and departures, ensuring timely and efficient loading and unloading processes. Supervising terminal staff, including dockworkers and operational personnel, to maintain safety, productivity, and compliance with industry regulations. Key responsibilities include Managing operational workflows to optimize throughput and minimize delays Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and environmental standards Overseeing maintenance and repair of terminal equipment and infrastructure Communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams Preparing operational reports and tracking key performance metrics Skills needed include strong leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of terminal operations and safety standards.
