Job Title: Territory Manager (Medical Device Sales) Location: Grand Rapids, MI (Territory-Based) Compensation: $75K Base + Highly Competitive Commission Plan Type: Direct Hire Overview A leading global organization in the medical device space is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence within the Grand Rapids territory. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on building strong relationships, developing new business, and delivering innovative solutions to healthcare providers. This opportunity is ideal for a driven, competitive sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys consultative, relationship-based selling. What You'll Do Drive revenue growth by managing and expanding a defined territory Build and maintain strong relationships with dental practices and healthcare providers Identify and convert new business opportunities through proactive outreach Serve as a strategic partner to clients, aligning solutions with their growth goals Develop and execute territory business plans, forecasts, and sales strategies Partner with marketing teams to support product launches and campaigns Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities Leverage CRM tools to track activity, analyze trends, and optimize performance What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree Proven ability to generate new business and close deals Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a regional team Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
