Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Tacoma, WA. The successful candidate will manage relationship-building with clients, oversee sales activities, and provide exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing existing accounts, generating new business opportunities, and delivering training and product demonstrations. Collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders will also be critical to achieving sales targets and promoting top-tier foodservice equipment solutions. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written, and ability to build lasting professional relationships Proven Sales and Sales Management experience and a track record of exceeding targets Customer Service expertise and ability to understand and meet client needs Experience in delivering Training sessions, presentations, and product demonstrations Ability to develop strategies for business growth and market expansion Organizational and time management skills, with a proactive and self-motivated mindset Experience in the foodservice or related industries is an asset Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally as required
