In this role, you will ensure that our software products meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and reliability. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and business teams to identify issues, optimize processes, and deliver a seamless user experience. If you are passionate about testing, problem-solving, and continuous improvement, this is the role for you! 🎯 Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing. Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools, collaborating with developers for timely resolution. Analyze test results and generate detailed reports to guide decision-making. Assist in implementing automated testing tools and frameworks. Collaborate with product and development teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and best practices. Stay updated with emerging testing tools, technologies, and QA trends. ✅ Requirements Understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and software development life cycle (SDLC). Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla). Knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman) is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
