A company is looking for an Associate Legal Officer - Real Estate. Key Responsibilities Lead negotiations and manage complex real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and dispositions Provide legal advice and support to various departments, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies Prepare and review contracts, conduct legal research, and assist in training programs related to contract processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Economics, or a related field Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree 2 years of legal experience in a law firm or healthcare organization Licensed to practice law in Texas (within 1 year) Preferred experience includes 4 years in business transactions or healthcare law
