A company is looking for a Paralegal with auto insurance knowledge based in Texas. Key Responsibilities Support claims and legal teams with document review, file management, and compliance tracking Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery, motions, subpoenas, and settlement agreements Conduct legal research related to insurance regulations, case law, and statutes Required Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) - required 3+ years of Paralegal experience (insurance defense, P&C, or related field preferred) Experience in Property Damage, Subrogation, and/or Bodily Injury claims or litigation Strong understanding of Texas legal procedures and court systems Paralegal certification (ABA-approved program preferred)
