Texas Licensed Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney Latitude is looking for a Texas licensed attorney with at least two years of labor & employment litigation experience who is eager to work on a hybrid basis for the Houston office of a Texas law firm. Experience working on labor & employment litigation matters is required. The successful candidate should enjoy working as part of a dynamic team and have experience handling written discovery, motion work, depositions and court hearings. The law firm is open to candidates interested in either contract/engagement work and/or a permanent position. It can be either part-time or full-time work. Candidates must be located in or around the Houston area. Minimum Qualifications of the Texas Licensed Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney: 2+ Experience handling labor & employment litigation matters Excellent communication skills Capability and experience to work independently and as part of a team Licensed in Texas Excellent academic credentials Outstanding references Candidates must be located in or around the Houston area Position Details of the Texas Licensed Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney: Type of role: Contract or Permanent Schedule: Full-time or Part-Time Location: Hybrid Compensation The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $170,000 to $210,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan.
