OverviewThe Club at Cress Creek Golf Services Assistant Pay & Benefits $8.75/hour Gratuities Golfing Privileges 50% off Meals Position Summary: Ensure smooth outside golf operations for members and guests Provide excellent member service and support daily golf activities Maintain efficiency in cart staging, cleanliness, and storage Report directly to the Director of Outside Operations and/or Director of Golf --- Key Responsibilities:Golf Cart Maintenance & Operations Inspect golf carts for cleanliness, damage, and overall presentation Ensure carts are clean, dry, stocked, and ready for use Manage cart rotation to ensure even usage across the fleet Perform basic maintenance (tire repair/inflation, cooler upkeep, refill sand bottles) Recharge carts as directed Maintain a clean, organized, and unobstructed cart barn area Driving Range & Practice Facilities Operate equipment to collect range balls (manual and mechanical) Organize and clean range baskets per club standards Wash range balls daily to maintain quality and usability General Operations Support Maintain cleanliness of club grounds (clubhouse exterior, parking lot, course perimeter, practice areas) Assist with tournament setup, including carts and range preparation Report major issues or member concerns to management Follow all club policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Communicate effectively with team members using radio --- Qualifications & Requirements: Valid U.S.driver's license Reliable, punctual attendance Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Flexible schedule (early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays as needed) Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to operate golf carts and related equipment safely Pay:From $8.75 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Work Location:In person.
