Therapist Position with Leadership Growth Opportunity Community-Based & Office-Based Counseling We are seeking a compassionate, motivated mental health therapist who is excited to grow clinically while helping build a strong and supportive practice. This role is ideal for an early-career clinician who enjoys both community-based work and traditional outpatient counseling and who may want to step into clinical leadership as the organization expands. This position offers the opportunity to maintain a full clinical caseload while receiving mentorship and professional development toward future supervisory or Clinical Director responsibilities. About the Role The therapist will provide a mix of: In-home and community-based counseling services Office-based outpatient therapy Individual and family counseling for children, adolescents, and/or adults We are looking for someone who is relationship-focused, adaptable, organized, and genuinely passionate about helping clients in real-world settings. Responsibilities Provide high-quality therapy services in both office and community settings Maintain a clinical caseload Complete documentation and treatment planning in a timely manner Collaborate with families, schools, referral sources, and community providers Participate in supervision, consultation, and program development Gradually assume additional leadership responsibilities as the agency grows Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Resident or independently licensed clinician required (LPC-Resident, LMSW, Supervisee in Social Work, LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.) Experience in community-based, in-home, school-based, or outpatient counseling preferred Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills Interest in long-term professional growth and leadership development What Makes This Opportunity Unique This is more than a traditional therapist role.
