Position Overview Impact Therapy, LLC is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and motivated Therapist/Clinician to join our growing behavioral health team. This position provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the community while receiving ongoing support, supervision, and professional development. We are committed to developing clinicians by offering clinical supervision hours, training opportunities, and continued support for professional growth at no cost. We welcome fully licensed clinicians, associate-level clinicians, and master 's-level graduates seeking licensure. This is a hybrid position requiring both in-office and community/client-facing responsibilities. Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Requirements: Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field required Associate-level clinicians and Master's-level graduates pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply Must successfully complete required 2-day onboarding training: Day 1: Virtual Zoom Training Day 2: In-Office Training Must be available to see clients in the office at least one day per week Must have reliable transportation and the ability to commute to Riverdale, GA 30296 Clinical Experience: Applicants must demonstrate experience and competency in: Conducting Biopsychosocial Assessments Developing individualized treatment plans Completing clinical documentation, including: B.I.R.P. Progress Notes Monthly Progress Updates Assessments & Reassessments Evaluation of Goals & Objectives Caseload Reviews Utilizing DSM-5 diagnostic criteria Identifying and implementing appropriate clinical interventions Utilizing community resources and referrals for client support Preferred Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and documentation skills Ability to build rapport with children, adolescents, adults, and families Knowledge of trauma-informed care and culturally competent practices Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and accountability Strong time management and ability to maintain documentation deadlines Primary ResponsibilitiesClinical Services Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and screenings Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy services Utilize evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities Monitor client progress and update treatment goals as clinically appropriate Observe and identify signs of emotional, behavioral, or mental health concerns and communicate findings appropriately to leadership Documentation & Compliance Complete accurate and timely documentation within 24–48 hours following sessions Maintain compliance with HIPAA, ethical standards, and agency policies Follow current DSM-5 guidelines when formulating preliminary diagnoses Report all incidents, safety concerns, abuse/neglect concerns, conflicts of interest, or boundary concerns to the Clinical Director immediately Collaboration & Professional Expectations Participate in mandatory clinical supervision, staffing meetings, and trainings Attend 1–2 virtual monthly clinical supervision meetings Collaborate with leadership regarding referrals, case coordination, and client needs Assist clients with linkage to community resources including transportation, food assistance, shelter resources, and supportive services when appropriate Foster respectful and professional relationships with clients, families, schools, community partners, and team members Demonstrate cultural competence when working with diverse populations Benefits & Perks Clinical supervision hours available Free professional development and training opportunities Flexible scheduling Hybrid work environment Supportive clinical team environment Opportunities for advancement and growth Schedule Choose your own hours Day shift availability preferred Evening availability preferred Weekend availability as needed Education Master’s Degree Required Work Location Hybrid remote in Riverdale, GA 30296 If you are passionate about helping individuals and families while growing professionally within a supportive clinical environment, we encourage you to apply.
