Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to clients' needs. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans. Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards. Provide crisis intervention and support as needed. Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision. Uphold a warm, inclusive, and empathetic approach to all clients. Qualifications: Current licensure as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina, Florida or Ohio Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience working with diverse populations and presenting problems. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR).
