Description Residential Therapist - Front Range Reports to: Clinical Director Job Category: Salaried | Exempt | Full-Time Starting Salary: $63,000-$80,000 per year DOE Job Site: Foundry Front Range (Broomfield) Job Summary: The Residential Therapist provides direct care services to residents in treatment through individual and group therapy sessions. Therapists assess the needs of clients, create treatment plans, and execute and evaluate those plans while ensuring the safety of clients. Education and Experience: Masters degree required with state license or candidate status (e.g. LPCc, MFTC, LSW). If you are currently licensed in another state, you must be able to transfer your license to Colorado before your start date. LAC eligible. DORA-registered required. EMDR certification preferred. 2+ years proven experience with people and program management in clinical settings. 2+ years of experience in an addictions and/or behavioral healthcare setting, residential treatment experience preferred. Required Skills/Abilities: Group facilitation skills. Knowledge of best practices and evidence based behavioral medicine treatment delivery and methodologies. Familiar with the 12-Step Program and the 12 Steps/12 Traditions. State and federal licensure regulation knowledge. Impeccable ethics and integrity. Professional appearance, aptitude, and attitude. Current CPR Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Excellent listening skills. Computer literacy and knowledge of EMR and CRM.
