SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an array of community-based services to individuals with behavioral health disorders, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services to our clients. Leads a team of clinical and administrative staff; develops and implements strategic initiatives to improve program performance, and collaborates with other department heads to enhance the overall functioning of the organization. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree in a relevant field such as business or healthcare administration, public health, social work, psychology, or counseling with at least five years of experience in healthcare or behavioral health management. Licensure as Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), with the appropriate experience to be a qualified supervisor preferred. Experience with electronic health records; ability to use multiple computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
