Why Join Palo Alto Therapy? ✔ Mission-Driven Work: Be part of a practice dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based therapy (CBT, ERP, DBT skills, etc.). ✔ Competitive Pay & Benefits: Full-Time: $90,000/year salary, plus paid PTO, sick time, 50% employer-paid health insurance, and malpractice insurance coverage. Collaborate with families, schools, and providers to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain streamlined, therapist-friendly documentation.
