POSITION OVERVIEW The supervisory role includes offering supervision to pre-licensed therapists and interns. On occasion, supervisors may also offer supervision for other fully licensed therapists with less experience. See details of this role below. We offer W-2 employment status including workers’ compensation Routine Professional development training Collaborative team Flexible schedule RESPONSIBILITIES: Attend required agency trainings and meetings (approx. 1-2 hours p/week) Attend consultation with team members and supervisor (approx. 1-2 hours p/week) Perform one-on-one supervision of pre-licensed therapists and/or interns Audit client charts Share in the facilitation of group supervision for all supervisees as/if agreed upon Maintain supervision records including documentation of performance of supervisees Maintain appropriate certifications to supervise per requirements of supervisor’s licensing board Share in interview and New Hire orientation process Collaborate with the Clinical Director to create and implement best practices for new hire onboarding and employee satisfaction as clinicians become more experienced Utilize GGT designated communication system for all email, document management, and virtual team meetings Work collaboratively within GGT’s structured policies and clinical systems to ensure sustainability and excellence in care delivery MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Holds appropriate Colorado licensure and related credentials and remains in good standing ( LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD) Demonstrates experience in implementing evidence-based treatment and interventions for various behavioral health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD Excellent communication skills with co-workers and clients Flexible and adaptable when change occurs Exceptional organizational and time management skills Skilled ability to problem-solve with knowledge of when and how to ask for help Knowledge of Colorado area agencies and resources or ability to discover as needed Completion of supervisory train courses as specified by GGT within 30 days of hire ALL APPLICANTS MUST Be authorized to work in the US Demonstrate professionalism, organization, and responsiveness Be motivated to understand and support the financial sustainability of group private practice Have stable internet and a confidential workspace for home office telehealth sessions COMPENSATION: $70 client/clinical hour for supervision duties. GGT compensates for consultative/administrative time at $25 per hour for all required training, meetings, and other pre-approved circumstances.
