Company DescriptionWhole Hearted Healing LLC specializes in trauma-informed therapy, EMDR, equine-assisted psychotherapy, and eating disorder recovery, providing compassionate and evidence-based care for individuals and families. Rooted in attachment-based therapy, somatic approaches, and experiential work with horses, we support clients in overcoming challenges such as anxiety, trauma, and disconnection. Committed to healing, growth, and connection, Whole Hearted Healing offers a collaborative and values-driven environment for both clients and team members.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time remote role for a Therapist. The Therapist will provide trauma-informed therapy to individuals utilizing evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, somatic practices, or attachment-based frameworks. The therapist will collaborate with other team members to create individualized treatment plans, ensure client progress, and contribute to a supportive and inclusive practice environment. The role also involves participation in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities.QualificationsProficiency in trauma-informed therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, somatic therapy, or attachment-based approachesAbility to tailor treatment plans to meet the unique needs of clientsStrong interpersonal and communication skills for building therapeutic relationshipsCommitment to creating an inclusive and affirming environment for people of all identitiesExperience in working with eating disorders, anxiety, or trauma recovery is preferredLicensure as a mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of practiceWillingness to engage in professional development and training
