THIS IS A TEST POSTING The Human Resource Administrator is responsible for maintaining the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to unemployment. Maintains all files and documents ensuring the company remains compliant with all state and federal regulations. Duties and Responsibilities Supports the administration and coordination of electronic employee personnel files adhering to company-wide policies and procedures Organizes and maintains confidential files and records Responsible for reviewing and ensuring accurate completion of new hire paperwork Process eligibility requests for internal transfers, promotions, rehires and demotions Process changes in employee status including employee transfers, wage changes and employee personal information updates Maintain corrective actions and separation documentation for unemployment claims and legal requests Answer all requests via multiple communication methods (phone calls, emails, tickets, etc.) for all areas of the organization Responsible for completing subpoenas and employee verification requests Responsible for maintaining I-9 & E-Verify file integrity Perform general clerical duties including filing, printing, photocopying, faxing and mailing in office as needed Utilize multiple systems and screens throughout the course of work day Ability to work in a fast-paced high transaction environment Other duties as assigned Scope Staff supervision and development: No Decision making: Decision Making – Limited Travel: Up to 5% Flex Designation: Anywhere The anticipated range for this position is $22.00 – $25.00 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience.
