About the Role Aalo Atomics is seeking a skilled welder to join our team in building the future of advanced nuclear reactors. In this role, you will support the fabrication, installation, and maintenance of piping, structural components, and facility infrastructure. This is a hands-on position that requires precision, safety, and attention to detail. You'll work closely with engineers and technicians in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What You'll Do Weld stainless steel and chromoly piping, structural steel, and other facility components to support operations and construction Read and interpret technical drawings and welding specifications Fabricate and assemble metal components accurately using TIG and other welding techniques Measure and align piping systems around fixed structures using specialized tools Inspect and verify welds in line with relevant safety and quality standards Operate welding and cutting tools safely and maintain equipment Assist with general mechanical tasks such as fitting, alignment, and support installations Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment Support other duties as needed to meet project goals and timelines Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of TIG welding experience, especially with pressu
