We are a data-driven, culture-first team that moves fast, embraces creativity, and is obsessed with delivering an exceptional customer experience. About the Role TikTok and Amazon are two of the highest-priority paid channels for HydroJug, and we are looking for a skilled TikTok & Amazon Ads Buyer to own our paid presence across both platforms. TikTok is the primary focus of this role — from GMV Max and GMV Live campaigns within TikTok Shop to conversion and traffic campaigns driving customers to our site. Amazon advertising, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP, and Amazon Live, rounds out the scope as a critical secondary channel. This role exists because both platforms require a hands-on, performance-focused operator who can manage campaigns across multiple objectives, optimize toward results daily, and translate data into smart spending decisions. You will be working in TikTok Ads Manager and Amazon Ads console every day, collaborating closely with our marketing and creative teams to ensure we are extracting maximum value from every dollar we spend. Key Responsibilities TikTok — GMV Max Campaign Management Build, launch, and optimize GMV Max campaigns within TikTok Shop, driving in-app purchases and maximizing gross merchandise value. Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting budgets, bids, and targeting to hit GMV and ROAS targets. Test creative assets and product selections within GMV Max to identify what drives the strongest in-app conversion. Stay current on TikTok's GMV Max product updates and best practices, proactively applying platform changes to our campaigns. TikTok — GMV Live Campaign Management Plan and execute paid amplification for HydroJug's TikTok Live sessions, driving viewership and in-stream purchases through GMV Live campaigns. Coordinate with the marketing team on live session schedules to ensure paid support is in place before each broadcast. Analyze live session performance — viewer engagement, conversion windows, and product click-through — to inform future live ad strategy. Identify opportunities to scale high-performing live sessions through increased paid distribution. TikTok — Site Traffic & Conversion Campaigns Manage TikTok ad campaigns designed to drive qualified traffic to HydroJug's website, including awareness, consideration, and conversion-focused campaign types. Build and manage audience targeting strategies, including interest-based, behavioral, lookalike, and retargeting audiences. Oversee campaign structure, ad group setup, and creative rotation to maintain performance and prevent ad fatigue. Collaborate with the creative team to brief and iterate on ad assets — video, spark ads, and static — based on performance data. Ensure TikTok Pixel is correctly implemented and that conversion events and attribution are tracking accurately. Amazon — Sponsored Ads & DSP Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns, optimizing bids, keywords, and targeting to drive efficient sales on Amazon. Operate Amazon DSP campaigns for retargeting and audience-based prospecting, including off-Amazon display placements. Conduct regular search term analysis, negative keyword management, and bid optimization to improve ACoS and ROAS. Monitor campaign pacing and budget allocation across the Amazon ads portfolio, adjusting in response to performance trends and promotional calendars. Amazon — Amazon Live Coordinate and support Amazon Live activations, working with content and marketing teams to schedule and promote live shopping events. Manage paid amplification of Amazon Live streams to maximize reach and in-stream conversion. Track Amazon Live performance metrics and use insights to improve future session strategy and promotional support. Performance Analytics & Reporting Own weekly and monthly reporting on paid performance across TikTok and Amazon — covering GMV, ROAS, ACoS, CPA, CPM, and CTR by campaign and channel. Build and maintain dashboards that give leadership clear, real-time visibility into ad spend and results acros
