Job Summary We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced TikTok Shop Operations Specialist to join our growing team. Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in TikTok Shop operations, e-commerce management, social commerce, or related fields are highly preferred. Our team has experienced rapid growth over the past six months and continues to expand quickly within the social commerce industry. We are looking for someone who is responsible, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while contributing positively to the team. Duties Manage daily TikTok Shop operations and store performance At least 1 year of experience in TikTok Shop operations, e-commerce operations, social commerce, or related experience preferred Familiar with TikTok Shop Seller Center and platform operations Strong communication and teamwork skills Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,800.00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
