Utilize specialized equipment such as steam cleaners, rotary scrubbers, buffers, and extraction tools to achieve optimal results. Apply sealing agents to protect grout lines from future staining and damage. Conduct routine floor care tasks such as buffing, polishing, and maintaining various flooring types to ensure a pristine appearance. Assist with janitorial and custodial duties as needed to support overall facility cleanliness and hygiene standards. Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and deliver exceptional customer service. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, floor care, or janitorial services with a focus on tile and grout restoration. Strong knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques is a plus, demonstrating versatility in surface care. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as steam cleaners, buffers, and extraction machines confidently. Excellent attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and surface protection. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting heavy equipment, and working in various environments.
