Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tile Setter located in Sierra Vista, AZ. The Tile Setter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, cutting and setting tiles, applying grouting and sealants, and ensuring top-quality craftsmanship on all projects. Additional tasks include reviewing project details, working closely with team members, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Candidates will contribute to both residential and commercial tile installations while adhering to project timelines and specifications. Qualifications Skilled in tile preparation, cutting, and installation techniques Experience with grouting, sealing, and maintaining high-quality finishing work Proficient in using tools and equipment required for tile cutting and installation Knowledge of surface preparation, material measurements, and accurate alignment Strong attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship Ability to adhere to project timelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace Familiarity with safety protocols for on-site work Previous experience in residential or commercial tile setting preferred Physical fitness to perform manual labor and work on your feet for extended periods
