Job Description
With rapid growth, a growing customer base, and increasing demand for our web-based Payroll, Human Resource and Time & Attendance Management platform, Innovative Business Solutions, Inc.is seeking talented, dynamic individuals to join our team.Innovative serves over 800 employers, who rely on us to provide solutions to the variety of challenges they face in administering to their respective workforce needs.Since inception in 1991, our commitment to exceptional customer service has set us apart in the industry.We offer a broad selection of benefits, including 401(k) with employer contribution, medical, dental, FSA, LTD, life insurance, vacation and sick leave and paid holidays.Responsibilities:Provide technical support to our clients and internal staff Perform client requirement gathering, configuration, implementation and training of proprietary HCM software Work with clients and internal staff to resolve issues and provide solutions Perform new client HCM orientations and training via webinar Remain engaged with client throughout implementation, until client is successfully utilizing system Communicate with client and internal team, including priorities, project status and issues Demonstrate commitment to quality of product and service Develop and maintain user and internal documentation Submit enhancement inquiries and requests to software development company Research and test new product features and demonstrate them to clients and internal staff Configure and test time clock hardware Other duties as assigned Key Competencies / Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree preferred Excellent communication skills Ability to articulate clearly and explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience Understanding of standard Time & Attendance Management and payroll concepts, practices and procedures a plus Prior experience working with Time & Attendance Management and payroll systems a plus Ability to learn quickly, function in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work independently and well with others Strong attention to detail, time management, organization and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Adhere to professional and ethical practices Physical Demands/Work Environment:This position can be on-site or remote.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk and hear.The employee is constantly required to use hands and fingers to feel, handle or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and walk.The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.Many interruptions both by phone and in person, requiring flexibility to change tasks at any given time.Innovative Business Solutions, Inc.is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace, and is an affirmative action employer.We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion or belief, gender, gender reassignment, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, pregnancy or maternity, veteran status or any other legally protected basis..
