This role is essential in supporting our drivers with the safe and efficient collection of residential and commercial waste and recyclables. Key Responsibilities: Assist drivers with daily waste and recycling collection routes Operate the tipper mechanism to empty bins into the truck Ensure bins are returned neatly to the curb Maintain cleanliness and safety around the truck and work area Communicate effectively with team members and the public Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Qualifications: Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious Ability to work early morning shifts Previous experience in waste management is a plus but not required Benefits: Competitive hourly wage Health and dental insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement w0MreMsLiU
