Your goal will be to ensure our customers have the best experience possible in our shop and oversee the entire workflow of the shop.Responsibilities:Majority of your time will be spent behind the counter as a hands-on manager, answering phones, writing sales receipts and ordering tires.Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns, utilizing strong interpersonal skills and automotive expertise to foster long-term relationships and loyalty.Introduce tire and service products to our clients in order to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention by effectively managing all aspects of customer interactions, including proactive communication, issue resolution, and follow-up.Communicating effectively with tire technicians by actively overseeing the workflow and ensuring that the service provided is accurate and completed in a safe manner.Ensure that all work is completed according to company policies and according to compliance standards to provide a safe working environment.Interpret and apply company policies, procedures and quality standards.Ensure the store is effectively staffed by managing the recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, performance management, and development of teammates Oversee the hiring and training of an effective tire service team.Ensure expense control through the management of payroll, telephone usage, store maintenance and repairs, supplies, utilities, and other controllable expense.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications and Requirements Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities High school diploma or equivalent is required.Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and navigating the Internet.Minimum of 2 years' experience successfully installing, balancing, diagnosing and performing tire repairs.Minimum of 2 years of management experience to include recruiting, hiring, training, and promoting people.Excellent sales skills and strong verbal communication skills Strong customer service skills and effectively communicate with a wide variety of people assertively and confidently with the ability to problem solve and handle difficult customer situations.Ability to exercise judgement and being comfortable with sales, working with customers to determine what product would best fit their needs is very important.Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner while focusing on details.Must have basic knowledge and understanding of mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions..Trustworthiness, loyalty, reliability, honesty and personal integrity are required.Aptitude to manage inventory, scheduling, equipment maintenance, etc.Valid driver's license Work Environment & Physical Requirements:The characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.This job operates in an automotive shop environment.The job will have exposure to a moderate noise level, adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt and dust.Ability to work flexible hours, days, evenings, weekends and holidays Must be able to lift, carry and stock merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.without assistance Frequent standing and walking for long periods of time Frequent reaching overhead and below the knees, including squatting, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting Profile Summary:Possesses strong people skills to effectively communicate with a wide variety of people assertively and confidently.Properly recognizes teammates for their achievements and identifies training and developmental opportunities.Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to develop creative solutions to problem-solving.Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner.Focus on details.Pay:$62,400 - $83,760 yearly.Pay is based on experience and certifications.This role is eligible for additional compensation, incentive and bonuses.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$62,400.00 - $83,760.00 per year Benefits:Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Paid training Parental leave Professional development assistance Store discount Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience:Customer service:2 years (Required) Tire Shop:2 years (Preferred) Management:2 years (Required) Work Location:In per
