What You'll Do Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion Deliver exce ptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Perform other duties as assigned by your manager What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications 18 years old Valid driver's license Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Customer-first mindset Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED Previous experience in tire services or automotive repair Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods , bend and lift up to 75 pounds Work Environment This position is based within a tire and automotive service retail store .
