Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tire Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert tire services, including installation, repair, and maintenance, ensuring vehicles are safe and perform at their best. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills will contribute to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the high standards of our shop. Duties Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires using hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely Perform wheel alignments to ensure proper vehicle handling and tire longevity Conduct tire inspections to identify wear patterns, damage, or punctures requiring repair or replacement Provide excellent customer service by explaining tire options, services performed, and recommended maintenance Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Support the sales team by recommending appropriate tire products and related automotive services Qualifications Hands-on experience with tire service, wheel alignments Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment required Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment safely during service procedures Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety standards Join our team if you’re passionate about automotive care and eager to deliver top-tier service!
