Title Clerk / Collections Specialist Scissortail Auto Sales - Tulsa, OK Scissortail Auto Sales is a locally owned Buy-Here-Pay-Here dealership serving the Tulsa area for over 13 years.As our customer portfolio continues to grow, we are hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Title Clerk / Collections Specialist to join our team.This role combines technical title processing with consistent inbound and outbound collections activity.We are looking for someone professional, organized, and confident on the phone.Compensation $41,600 - $48,000 per year (base performance bonus)Hourly base of $20-$22 depending on experiencePerformance-based monthly bonus opportunity Schedule Monday-Friday9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Responsibilities Process vehicle titles, lien entries, and tag documentation Prepare and file repo affidavits Maintain accurate deal files and compliance documentation Make inbound and outbound collections calls daily Document all customer communication in CRM Verify and track customer insurance coverage Communicate professionally with tag agencies, lenders, and customers Assist with general office administration as needed Qualifications Prior title clerk experience strongly preferred Strong collections or finance company experience preferred Confident and professional phone presence Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable handling a steady call volume Reliable attendance required About the Role This position is best suited for someone who:Can stay calm under pressure Understands that collections requires consistency Takes pride in accurate paperwork and compliance Wants a stable, long-term position with growth opportunity If you have dealership title experience and are comfortable working on the phone, we would like to hear from you.Submit your resume through Indeed.Pay:From $41,600.00 per year Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s):How many years of title clerk experience do you have?
