Title Landman

Work Location: Oklahoma City or Norman area Workplace Type: Office or Hybrid Job Type: Full Time (W-2 or Contract available) Salary: $90,000+ We are seeking an experienced Title Landman to join our collaborative team on a long term prospect. This role offers opportunities to contribute to diverse title research efforts and, for qualified candidates, to lead projects. Candidates must be based in Oklahoma City or Norman area and available to work in the office part of the week. Flexible scheduling is available. For non-leadership positions, remote work may be offered after an initial onboarding period. An ideal candidate is a detail oriented professional with a strong foundation in all aspects of HBP title. This individual will be responsible for conducting title examination, as well as reviewing and refining the work of others, while delivering timely and accurate reporting. You will be a part of an active project with multiple paths for professional growth and advancement at a sustainable pace. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Strong commitment to producing high quality work Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
