Title Processor / Closer (Ground Floor Opportunity) — Miami, FL Full-Time or Part-Time | In-Office Initially, Hybrid Potential | $50,000–$75,000 + Performance Bonus Build Something From the Ground Up! Title National is not your typical title company. We are an AI and technology-driven real estate title startup building a modern title operation from the ground up in South Florida. We’re looking for an experienced, motivated, and entrepreneurial Title Processor / Closer who wants more than “just another file desk.” This is an opportunity to help shape a growing company from day one, work directly with leadership, help build systems and processes, and become a key player in a fast-moving real estate operation focused heavily on investor transactions and operational innovation. What You’ll Do You will initially wear multiple hats and handle files from beginning to end, including: Opening and processing title files Ordering title searches, lien searches, HOA estoppels, surveys, and payoffs Reviewing title commitments and identifying title defects/issues Clearing title issues, including: liens, judgments, probate issues, code violations, municipal liens, clouds on title Negotiating and resolving title issues with municipalities, associations, attorneys, and lenders Preparing CDs/HUDs and balancing settlement statements Coordinating with lenders, agents, attorneys, buyers, and sellers Managing funding and disbursement procedures Handling post-closing and policy issuance Supporting investor-focused transactions including: assignments, double-closings, land trusts, novation's, wholesale / creative finance transactions Qualifications Required 3+ years of Florida title processing and/or closing experience Strong knowledge of Florida title and escrow procedures Experience using Qualia (or similar software) Ability to independently manage files from contract to close Experience reviewing commitments and clearing title Strong organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented and highly accountable Comfortable in a startup environment Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred Licensed Florida Title Agent Investor transaction experience Experience with high-volume residential closings Understanding of wire fraud prevention and escrow security procedures Work Location Initial in-office.
