Title Specialist-MVD Express Location:3470 Gabel Rd suite 1, Billings, MT 59102 Department:Commercial Division Pay Type:Full-time, Hourly Hourly Rate:$ 18 per hour Schedule:Monday-Saturday availability required between 7:45 a.m.and 6:30 p.m.Job Summary The Title Specialist supports the Commercial Division by accurately processing motor vehicle title transactions in compliance with state regulations and company procedures.This role works closely with Commercial clients and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and professional handling of title documentation.Strong attention to detail, organization, and customer service skills are essential. We will train the right candidates .Relatable experience is a plus.such as:Loan Processor Claims Processor Mortgage Loan Processor Bank Teller Insurance Agent Credit Union Clerk Knowledge of transactions / paperwork processing Essential Duties and Responsibilities Process commercial motor vehicle title transactions accurately and efficiently Review title documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance Assist Commercial clients with title-related questions and requirements Ensure compliance with all MVD policies, procedures, rules, and regulations Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and client information Accurately complete required forms and documentation Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and coworkers Maintain organized and accurate records Support Commercial office operations as needed Work effectively in a structured team environment Perform other duties as assigned Skills and Requirements Valid Montana Driver's License (required) Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check Ability to successfully pass a motor vehicle record review Must be able to type 45 words per minute Availability to work Monday-Saturday between 7:45 a.m.and 6:30 p.m.Experience with motor vehicle title processing preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and documentation skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Accurate and efficient computer skills using Windows-based applications Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly Ability to work effectively in a structured team environment Physical Requirements / Essential Functions Must possess the necessary dexterity and fine motor skills to operate standard office equipment, including a telephone, computer, keyboard, printer, fax machine, and copier What We Offer Hourly pay starting at $ 18 per hour Health benefits including medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays Supportive, team-oriented work environment We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity.All employment decisions are based on business needs, job requirements, and individual qualifications.PI283123467.
