Job Description
Position SummaryLead day-to-day TMS operations and deliver safe, protocol-driven patient care for individuals with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), while overseeing clinical documentation, billing workflows, and operational readiness.Key Responsibilities Administer TMS treatments in accordance with physician-approved protocols.Prepare and position patients, conduct treatment sessions, monitor tolerability, and document outcomes accurately.Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation in DrChrono and ensure full HIPAA compliance.Submit and track insurance claims across commercial and government payers, manage denials, and reconcile payments.Oversee scheduling, patient flow, inventory, and daily TMS suite readiness to support efficient operations.Train and supervise TMS technicians, reinforce SOP adherence, and maintain quality standards.Support practice growth through referral follow-up, patient communication, and marketing materials coordination.Communicate professionally and promptly with physicians, patients, payers, and internal team members.Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Psychology, Neuroscience, or a related field preferred.Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and reliability.Comfort working with medical software and EHR systems; DrChrono experience preferred.Foundational knowledge of neuroanatomy or the ability to learn quickly in a clinical environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a calm, professional bedside manner.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, patient-facing setting.Preferred Qualifications TMS Technician certification (Pulses or equivalent).Prior experience in TMS, psychiatry, behavioral health, or clinical research.Hands-on medical billing experience, including claims submission, denial resolution, and payer portal management.Experience supporting outreach, referral development, or social media coordination.Core CompetenciesProfessionalism, accountability, attention to detail, organization, calm under pressure, leadership, communication, and problem-solving.Compliance and SafetyAdhere to all HIPAA, safety, clinical, and device-manufacturer requirements and protocols.CompensationStarting at $30/hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.Job Types:Full-time, Contract Pay:$30.00 - $33.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
