Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking efficient and reliable To Go Servers to join our team! The To Go Server role has become a vital role in the restaurant with To-Go and Delivery services in high demand! Competitive hourly wage tips for our To-Go Server team! What We Expect of You:Be a great listener and give each guest your undivided attention when communicating with them Greets guests immediately to insure prompt and efficient delivery of food and beverages Be Neat, Clean, and Organized keeping your To Go area clean and fully stocked Ensures that each dish is prepared exactly as the guest prefers BEFORE items are delivered to the guest Reviews ticketed order with the guest to ensure they have everything they need before leaving the restaurant Immediately corrects any items that are not prepared to the guest's expectations and include a manager to speak with the guest Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced environment What's in it for you:Flexible schedules Time-off on holidays-- closed on Christmas and Thanksgiving Day; early closure on Christmas Eve!
