Tobacco Backbar Installation & Merchandising Contractor (1099)

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented 1099 Independent Contractors to perform tobacco backbar installations and merchandising in retail stores.This role involves setting up backbar fixtures, organizing product displays, applying planograms, and ensuring compliance with brand and retailer standards.Responsibilities: Install, assemble, or update tobacco backbar fixtures according to specifications Merchandise products following provided planograms Ensure displays meet brand and regulatory guidelines Take before/after photos and complete digital reporting Communicate with supervisors and store managers as needed Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to all store policies Requirements: Experience with retail merchandising or fixture installation preferred Basic tools and ability to transport them Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned stores Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Smartphone or tablet for reporting What We Offer: Flexible scheduling (work full-time or part-time) Competitive per-project or hourly contract rates Ongoing project availability Independence and the ability to manage your own schedule If you're a self-motivated contractor looking for merchandising or fixture installation work, we'd love to hear from you!
