About The Role One of our clients, a growing metal stamping and assembly company, is seeking a skilled Tool & Die Technician to support tool repair, die changeovers, and preventive maintenance. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and grow within an expanding organization. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain metal stamping dies Perform efficient die changeovers to support production schedules Maintain and execute preventive maintenance programs for tooling Repair and maintain stamping and assembly fixtures Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues Manage and organize inventory of tool components Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Qualifications Certified Tool & Die Maker (or equivalent hands-on experience) Minimum 3+ years of Tool & Die experience Ability to set up and operate tool room equipment (welders, lathes, mills, etc.) Proficiency in blueprint and CAD reading Experience with progressive and line dies Strong troubleshooting skills at the press level Experience with die sensors installation and troubleshooting Must have own tools Benefits 401(k) with matching, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
