Tooling / Die Assembler

Tsubaki KabelSchlepp America, Inc. is seeking a meticulous Tooling / Die Assembler to support our Manufacturing & Production team. In this role, you will assemble, fit, and maintain tooling, dies, and related fixtures for precision manufacturing of cable carriers and conveyor components. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, performing accurate measurements, grinding, polishing, and troubleshooting tooling issues to minimize downtime. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers and machine operators in our innovative, team-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement, product quality, and employee development.
