Job Description
Are you tired of being measured on activity instead of results? Are you a closer stuck in an organization that pays everyone the same regardless of who actually moves the needle? Have you hit your ceiling — not because you stopped performing, but because the structure around you wasn’t built for someone like you? If that lands, keep reading. We are a boutique cosmetic eyelid and facial surgery practice in Draper, Utah. We have a surgeon who genuinely cares for his staff and patients, a pipeline of warm inbound leads, and a compensation structure built to reward the person who actually converts them. What we don’t have yet is the right person in the seat. That seat is open because we are raising the bar — not because something went wrong. What You’ll Own This is a full-cycle patient conversion role. Our patients have already self-selected — they came to us. Your job is to guide them from curious to committed, and ensure every step between consult and surgery is seamless. → Own every inbound lead from first contact through booked surgery — this is your primary KPI → Make personalized pre-visit outreach calls and texts to new patients, building rapport before they walk in the door → Lead one-on-one financial and treatment plan conversations with patients after their consultation with Dr. Eftekhari → Execute a disciplined multi-channel follow-up strategy for patients who go quiet after a great consult → Schedule surgeries at one main OR location → Collect surgical balances in full prior to pre-op — you own the revenue pipeline end to end → Accompany Dr. Eftekhari during consultations in Draper, Salt Lake City, and Heber → Maintain meticulous records in our CRM, EMR and Google Shared Sheets for pipeline tracking and conversion reporting → Attend daily huddles and contribute to smooth clinic flow across all locations → Collaborate with our marketing team on social content, before-and-after photo coordination, and patient communications Compensation — Let’s Be Honest About the Variable We are not going to bury this or make it sound softer than it is. This role has meaningful variable compensation tied directly to surgical collections. If that makes you nervous, this is not your role. If it makes you lean forward, keep reading. BASE PAY $25/hr ($52,000/yr) COMMISSION Lead-to-consult conversion rate (above a target floor) Show rate (above a target floor) Consultation-to-procedure conversion rate Quarterly accelerator if all KPIs are met simultaneously (rewards holistic ownership) REALISTIC On-Target Expectation $64,000–$100,000 TOP PERFORMER $120,000–$133,000+ The variable is uncapped. We target a 65% consultation-to-surgery close rate. If you’re already closing at that rate somewhere else, you already know what you’re worth here. Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and 401(k) participation The Runway We are not hiring for a job. We are hiring for a seat. The person who proves themselves here will be one of the most senior people in this practice — with direct access to Dr. Eftekhari, real input into how the practice grows, and a long-term conversation about what that looks like. Most practices never have this conversation. We are having it in the job ad because we want someone who thinks about their career in terms of years and ownership — not months and stability. Who We Are Not Looking For This section will save us both time. ✘ Someone coming from a front desk, receptionist, or purely administrative background ✘ Someone who needs a script to handle an objection and stops when the patient says “I need to think about it” ✘ Someone who finds variable compensation stressful rather than motivating ✘ Someone who prefers spreadsheet work to phone and face-to-face conversations ✘ Someone who wants to be managed through their pipeline rather than owning it ✘ Someone whose track record exists only in self-description and cannot be verified by a direct manager Who Thrives Here → 2+ years of proven, verifiable success in consultative or high-ticket sales — medical device, luxury retail, real estate, financial services, or premium hospitality → You wake up with a low-grade urgency about hitting your number. You actually like that feeling. → You view “I need to think about it” as the start of the conversation, not the end → You build your own objection handling. You don’t need us to teach you how to sell. → You have a verifia
