We're Looking for One Person Who Can: Walk into the box and close like it's their last deal on earth — every time Hit and beat $3,000+ PVR consistently with a 100% menu presentation rate Build deals lenders want to buy and customers want to sign Maintain bulletproof compliance (Safeguards, OFAC, Red Flags, TILA) Hold CSI scores that reflect the three-pointed star on the building Mentor the desk, coach the floor, and run F&I like you own it What You Bring to the Table A track record you're proud of and references who'll back it up Automotive F&I experience (luxury preferred, but if you're a monster producer in another segment, we're listening) Deep lender relationships and elite deal-structuring instincts Hunger.
