Up to 10% domestic travel to other client sites. The Digital Technology team is hiring Systems Administrator / Service Desk Coordinators for our Secure Labs support team. A minimum Active Top Secret (TS) clearance is required. Qualified candidates should have a passion for technology, a disciplined approach to security, and be excited about finding new ways to add value to our business and our mission partners. You will serve as the primary technical interface for the program, providing hands-on Tier 1 support for Desktop, Networking, and Peripheral hardware. You will manage the service flow using Jira Service Manager, resolving immediate issues and driving complex escalations to the broader ISSA team. You will perform Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) and performance oversight to ensure system health and detect anomalies within an air-gapped environment. You will perform "Low-to-High" data transfers and media management in strict accordance with JSIG and DFARS controls. You will assist in the implementation of technical solutions and security hardening (STIGs/SCAP) for the projects you are assigned. You will participate in the improvement of internal processes (CORE) to enhance security posture and operational efficiency. You will provide support for the Tier 1 and Tier 2 infrastructure teams to ensure high up-time for mission-critical systems. You will learn how to maintain and defend complex, air-gapped infrastructures under rigorous JSIG and NIST 800-53 frameworks. You will foster relationships with your DT and Cybersecurity peers across the domestic US. You will learn how to communicate technical risks and project status effectively to Engineering leadership.
