Aloha, With the opening of our oceanfront Ola Distillery, we are excited to welcome new team members who are passionate about sharing Hawai?i's story, culture, and the craftsmanship of 'Okolehao, Hawai'i's Heritage Spirit.This role sits at the heart of the guest experience.As a Tour Guide and Gift Shop Associate, you are not just leading tours, you are representing Hawai?i, our ?aina, and the story of ?Okolehao that is woven so intimately with the history of our monarch.Every interaction is an opportunity to create a meaningful, memorable experience rooted in hospitality and connection.At Ola, hospitality, curiosity, and a genuine sense of aloha are not just values that we appreciate, they are woven into the DNA of our ethos.Primary Responsibilities:Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming, engaging environment Lead an educational and authentic tour experience of the distillery and property Share the historic significance, and production of ?Okolehao Guide guests through tastings and product experiences with confidence and care Support retail operations, including product recommendations and transactions Breakdown and setup of tasting portion of tour Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the space Assist with daily opening and closing responsibilities Continuously look for ways to improve the guest experience The Perfect Candidate Could be YOU!
