Tow Truck Driver – Amazon Towing LLC (Seattle / Seatac / Lynnwood / Bellevue) Amazon Towing LLC is expanding, and we’re looking for reliable and motivated Tow Truck Drivers to join our team. You’ll be a crucial part of our roadside assistance and vehicle recovery operations across Seattle, Seatac, Lynnwood, Bellevue, and nearby areas. This role involves safely transporting vehicles, helping stranded drivers, and providing excellent customer service. We’re looking for someone who can stay calm under pressure, work independently, and represent Amazon Towing with professionalism. Duties Operate tow trucks, including flatbeds and wheel-lifts, to recover and transport vehicles safely. Load and unload vehicles using proper towing equipment such as winches, chains, and straps. Perform basic vehicle assessments before towing (checking condition, movement abilities, etc.). Provide outstanding customer service during roadside assistance calls. Handle stressful or conflict situations with patience and professionalism. Follow all safety procedures to prevent injuries or vehicle damage. Maintain accurate records of each tow, including time, destination, and job details. Requirements Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Experience operating tow trucks, flatbeds, or similar vehicles. Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform simple diagnostics. Experience using towing tools such as winches, chains, straps, and dollies. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to remain calm, respectful, and professional in difficult situations. Strong driving skills and comfort navigating Seattle, Seatac, Lynnwood, Bellevue, and surrounding areas.
