Tow Truck Operator

Job Summary Join our team as a Tow Truck Operator and become a vital part of our roadside assistance and vehicle towing services. In this role, you will operate tow trucks to safely transport vehicles, assist stranded motorists, and aid in impound recovery. Your mechanical expertise and customer service skills will ensure efficient, professional service while maintaining safety standards. Duties Operate wheel lift Load and unload vehicles carefully Assist customers with roadside emergencies, providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude. Maintain detailed logs of all recoveries, loads, unloads, and vehicle conditions for record-keeping purposes. Follow safety protocols rigorously during vehicle recovery operations to prevent accidents or injuries. Assist in impound recoveries Skills Proficiency in operating tow trucks and other related equipment Skilled in conflict management to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly. Knowledge of automotive systems, including engine mechanics and transmission types. Excellent customer service skills to assist clients courteously during stressful situations. Physical ability to load, unload, lift heavy objects, and perform manual tasks efficiently.
