Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Tow Truck Operator to join our team! Responsibilities Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and/or Wheel-lift, to recover and transport vehicles safely and efficiently. Load, unload, and secure vehicles properly using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or winches. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, dispatchers, and emergency responders. Manage conflict situations professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining safety protocols. Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to facilitate vehicle recovery. Maintain accurate records of all towing activities, vehicle conditions, and service reports for accountability and compliance. Qualifications Proven experience with tow truck operations, including flatbed and wheel-lift techniques. Experience driving commercial vehicles with manual transmissions and a valid driver’s license for commercial driving. Familiarity with automotive repair procedures and mechanic experience is highly desirable. Ability to operate forklifts or similar equipment safely when loading or unloading vehicles. Excellent conflict management skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Knowledge of safety regulations related to tow truck operations and roadside assistance services.
