Mercury Fiber seeks a Tower Maintenance Technician II to support our high‑speed fiber and wireless network. In this field‑based role, you’ll climb and service telecom towers, performing routine and corrective maintenance, installations, upgrades, and repairs to keep residential and business customers reliably connected. You’ll install and align antennas and radios, test fiber and coax, verify grounding, and document all work. Working closely with Technical & Maintenance teams, you’ll respond to outages, follow strict safety and fall‑protection standards, and help expand fast, affordable internet to the communities we serve.
