Job Description
JOB The Town of Jackson is seeking a skilled, motivated, senior level administrative professional to join our team in the key position of Town Clerk. Under the general direction of the Director of Internal Services, the Town Clerk provides execution, management, coordination and oversight of specific functions of the Town Clerk’s office including Council meeting agenda and packet coordination, preparation, finalization and publishing; Council meeting polling and scheduling; workday and evening Council meeting minute taking, transcription, and publishing; paper and electronic records management and oversight including ordinances, resolutions, contracts/ agreements, and municipal code; and legal advertising compliant with Wyoming State Statutes and Jackson Municipal Code. Council meetings regularly occur 2-4 times per month with at least 2 of those in the evening.
