Tractor Driver & Grounds Maintenance Associate

Lake Fairview Marina is looking for Tractor Driver & Grounds Maintenance Associate. This is a permanent full-time position. We are looking for someone long term and that is willing to learn and excel. This position is responsible for care of the landscaping and grounds surrounding the business, maintaining lawn equipment and minor repairs inside and outside of the buildings. This position is also responsible for safely retrieving and launching customers' boats as needed. The properly motivated person can grow and develop this position as the company expands in new directions. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, good judgement skills, and good customer service skills. Must have the following qualifications: Experience on commercial lawn & maintenance equipment, and dependable transportation, Weekends are required. This job is outside and requires someone that is able to work 40 hours per week outside. All applicants must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Multi-tasking and effective communication skills also required. Must be able to past a background check. Some boating and mechanical knowledge and experience is a plus. Maintenance Person skills also beneficial.
