Job Summary We're looking for a calm, professional, and physically fit Traffic Controller to manage traffic flow in our mall parking lot. This is a hands-on, outdoor role that requires alertness, teamwork, and a genuine commitment to pedestrian safety and customer experience. Candidates must be comfortable working as part of a team and may occasionally operate company vehicles on-site. Key Responsibilities Monitor and direct traffic in the mall parking lot to ensure safety and efficiency Assist pedestrians in safely navigating crosswalks and parking areas Enforce mall parking regulations and document violations as needed Maintain a visible, professional security presence to deter issues and assist guests Collaborate with fellow security staff and coordinate as part of a team Operate company vehicles on-site when required Required Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license and comfortable operating vehicles on-site Team player with a collaborative, professional attitude Proficient in English (spoken and written) Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in security, traffic control, or a related field Active security guard license Compensation $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
