Trailer Mechanic / Fleet Maintenance Technician – 3rd Shift Schedules Available: Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday We are looking to fill multiple 3rd shift shop positions for trailer and fleet maintenance technicians. Responsibilities Include Repairing redtags Performing PMs (preventative maintenance) Driver pull-ups Working as a team to repair equipment in a clean and safe environment Diagnosing air and electrical failures Brake repairs Air leak repairs Landing leg repairs General trailer maintenance Desired Experience: Air brakes Electrical systems ABS brake systems Welding (MIG, Stick, Aluminum) is a plus but not required Basic bodywork experience is a plus Requirements: Positive attitude Must have your own tools Mechanical experience preferred We are willing to train the right person with mechanical experience and tools Valid driver’s license Must pass a background check and drug test What We Offer: Pay based on experience and certifications Weekly uncapped performance bonus Paid uniforms Health, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days Paid holidays after 60 days 401(k) with company match after 1 year Paid vacation after 1 year Apply Today Please submit your resume highlighting relevant experience.
